Shiseido Parlor Harajuku carries the heritage of one of Japan's most storied beauty and hospitality brands into a smart dining space on the 8th floor of the WITH HARAJUKU building. The restaurant offers a French-influenced menu alongside Japanese Western-style dishes, a tradition that Shiseido Parlor has championed since its Ginza flagship first opened in the early twentieth century. The lounge area serves lighter fare and Shiseido's famous parfaits, perfect for an afternoon treat. The interior is sleek and contemporary, with design supervision by Kazuya Ura that balances elegance with a relaxed atmosphere. It is an ideal setting for everything from a genteel lunch with friends to a business dinner with overseas guests. The building sits directly in front of JR Harajuku Station, making it one of the most accessible fine-dining spots in the area. The dining room serves lunch from 11:30 to 16:30 and dinner from 17:30 to 22:00, whilst the lounge operates continuously from 11:30 to 22:00. The restaurant is closed on Mondays, except when a national holiday falls on that day. Reservations are accepted for the dining room but the lounge operates on a walk-in basis.
