Shikin Hanten ハラカド

Shikin Hanten is a long-established Harajuku Chinese restaurant that opened a spacious new branch inside Tokyu Plaza Harajuku Harakado. The Harakado outpost seats over seventy diners and retains the casual, welcoming spirit of a machi-chuka, or neighbourhood Chinese eatery, where you can pop in for a quick bowl, linger over drinks with friends, or settle in for a relaxed family meal. The menu leans into comforting favourites such as gyoza, fried rice and stir-fried noodles, all prepared with the straightforward, satisfying flavours that have kept the original shop a local favourite for years. The dining room is bright and airy, with large windows offering views over the Harajuku streetscape, and the open layout makes it a comfortable choice for solo diners and larger groups alike. Harakado is directly connected to Meiji-jingumae Station and a short walk from Harajuku Station.
