Shibuya Zero Gate is a multi-storey commercial building standing along Inokashira-dori, a short walk from Shibuya Station towards the Spain-zaka slope. Completed in 2002 and operated by PARCO, the building functions as a compact retail hub that complements the larger PARCO department store nearby, bringing together fashion boutiques, reuse and vintage shops, and dining options under one roof. Tenants have included KOMEHYO, a well-known retailer dealing in pre-owned luxury goods, alongside other fashion and lifestyle brands that tend to rotate as the building stays current with Shibuya's fast-moving trends. The retail floors are open from 11:00 to 21:00, whilst restaurant hours vary by establishment, with some offering late-night dining.
