SARUTAHIKO COFFEE 渋谷道玄坂店

Sarutahiko Coffee is one of Tokyo's most respected speciality coffee brands, and its Shibuya Dogenzaka-dori branch brings that reputation to one of the district's busiest commercial corridors. Opened in August 2023 on the ground floor of the Dogenzaka-dori mixed-use building, the shop is a convenient stop for both early risers and night-time revellers heading up the slope towards Shibuya's entertainment quarter. The menu centres on single-origin beans roasted in-house, with pour-over, aeropress and espresso options available alongside seasonal specials. Light food offerings such as sandwiches and baked goods make it easy to grab a quick breakfast or afternoon snack. The interior is compact but thoughtfully designed, with counter seating that lets you watch the baristas at work. Opening hours run from 7:30 in the morning until 22:00, making it one of the earlier cafés to open in the area. It is located roughly 400 metres from Shibuya Station's Hachiko exit - head up Dogenzaka slope and you will find it on the left-hand side. Seating is limited during peak hours, so visiting mid-morning or mid-afternoon offers a more relaxed experience.
