IPPUDO's Harakado branch brings the celebrated Hakata-style tonkotsu ramen to the 5th floor of Tokyu Plaza Harajuku Harakado, just steps from Meiji-jingumae Station. Founded in Fukuoka in 1985, IPPUDO has become one of Japan's most recognised ramen brands, known for its rich, creamy pork-bone broth and thin, straight noodles that are cooked to order. The menu centres on two signature bowls: Shiromaru, the classic white tonkotsu, and Akamaru, a richer version topped with a garlic oil and miso blend. Side dishes include their popular handmade gyoza and various rice bowls, making it a satisfying lunch or dinner stop.
