About This Event / イベントについて
Hatena-ten (はてな展 — "The Exhibition of Questions") is the summer 2026 participatory show from entaku, the creative team behind the social-media-favourite "Ii hito sugiru yo ten" and "Sou iu koto janai nda yo ten". It runs June 27 to September 30, 2026 at Seibu Shibuya, making it one of the longest-running indoor summer exhibitions in the ward.
The premise is simple: the venue is filled with dozens of questions ("hatena"), and visitors answer each one, then see how their responses compare with everyone else's. The point is not to be right — it is to discover where your values and senses diverge from and overlap with other people. The format made the previous entaku shows massively shareable on social media, and Hatena-ten leans into the same gently self-reflective, photo-friendly tone.
Because Seibu Shibuya is directly connected to Shibuya Station, this is the easiest possible indoor escape from August heat or a sudden rain shower — and a natural pair with the parallel "Biwakaru-ten 2 + Chiisai sugiru yo ten" running in the same store.

同店内で並行開催の「微わかる展2＋小さいすぎるよ展」とのダブルビューがおすすめ。
The show is photo-friendly but some question zones ask no-photography — check signage.

Direct access from Shibuya Station makes this the easiest rainy-day or hot-afternoon refuge in Shibuya.

Allow 45 to 60 minutes; it is a thinking show, not a walk-through.
