Trust Dental Clinic is a Harajuku-based dental practice catering primarily to Tokyo's international community, with a dentist who is licensed in the United States and a member of the American Dental Association. The clinic provides general dentistry, oral surgery and cosmetic treatments based on the highest international standards, and the entire team is comfortable communicating in English, which is a significant reassurance for expat patients. Dr Ritsu Oikawa, the clinic's director, graduated from an American dental school and spent years practising in hospital dentistry before opening the practice in Jingumae. The clinic follows US-grade sterilisation and infection-control protocols, and while Japanese health-insurance treatments are available, the practice's strength lies in its private, internationally aligned approach to care. The clinic is located at 1-11-1 Jingumae, a one-minute walk from Meiji-jingumae Station and about three minutes from JR Harajuku Station. On-site parking is available, and the practice operates Monday to Friday and on Saturdays, with morning sessions from 9:30 to 13:00 and afternoon sessions from 14:00 to 17:30.
