Super fun night out in Shibuya! 😊 …

渋谷にある伝説的なカラオケスポット。映画『ロスト・イン・トランスレーション』に登場したことで有名で、深夜まで営業。
Karaoke Kan Shibuya is one of Tokyo's most iconic karaoke venues, instantly recognisable to film enthusiasts as the location where Bill Murray and Scarlett Johansson sang their hearts out in Lost in Translation. Visitors can still request rooms 601 and 602 in the annex building to recreate that famous scene, making it a pilgrimage site for cinephiles and karaoke lovers alike. The venue offers a wide selection of songs in both Japanese and English, with the JOYSOUND system providing an extensive catalogue that caters to international guests. Private rooms range from cosy booths for two to larger spaces for groups, and food and drink can be ordered directly to your room for a seamless night of singing. Opening hours are generous, running from 11:00 in the morning until 5:00 the following day, with Friday and Saturday extending to 6:00. The Udagawacho location is just a few minutes' walk from Shibuya Station, and walk-ins are welcome, though booking ahead is wise on weekend evenings.
