The Shibuya branch is located on the first floor of Shibuya Mark City, inside the Tokyu Food Show section, where customers can pick up individual pieces, boxed assortments and limited-edition seasonal items. The shop is open from 10:00 to 21:00 and is directly connected to Shibuya Station, making it one of the most accessible chocolate stops in the area. Tax-free counter service is available on the B1 floor of Mark City for international visitors.
