About This Event / イベントについて
Tokyo Snow Festival SNOWBANK PAY IT FORWARD 2026 is Saturday 31 October and Sunday 1 November at Yoyogi Park Event District B. Hours 09:00 to 18:00. Free. Rain or shine. Organiser: SNOWBANK. Address on the site: 2-3 Jinnan, Shibuya-ku. JR Harajuku about 3 minutes. Metro Yoyogi-Koen and Meiji-jingumae about 3 minutes. Odakyu Yoyogi-Hachiman about 6 minutes.
They dump a snow and jib field in the park and run a live stage. 31 October: Kiriharebare, STRAWDAY, AIK. 1 November: Momoiro Dorothy, LOW IQ 01 & ANOTHER BEAT BREAKER, DAZEBAND. Order can move. The group’s job is blood donation and marrow-donor registration, not a costume party. A desk for that sits on site.
31 October is also scramble Halloween. The ward’s GOODBYE BAD HALLOWEEN plan puts about 125 guards on the station that night. Hachiko is wrapped. Street drinking is banned 18:00 to 05:00. This festival ends at 18:00 in the park. Do not treat the snow field as a warm-up for Center-gai. Leave north through Harajuku or Yoyogi-Koen if you want to skip the crossing queue.
No parking. Bring layers. Artificial snow in late October still soaks shoes. Schedule changes go on sbpif.net.
