Well, I guess it can't be helped since the shop assistant was an old man in his 80s... Most of the sets were around 1000 yen, so when I asked if they had anything around 300 yen, he frowned and said something like, "We don't have anything like that!" lol Flower shop assistants can be either extremely good or extremely bad, so I guess it can't be helped. He was an old man, so rather than getting irritated, I felt more like, "Oh well, there's nothing I can do about it..." 😅 Most flower shops have flowers in the 300 yen range, so I was surprised, but I won't be going there again, so it's fine.

I bought flowers as a tribute around 10:30pm today. The person working at the shop was elderly, but their customer service was absolutely awful. As a technician, I know absolutely nothing about flowers, so I was hoping to ask for suggestions and explanations, but their attitude, mannerisms, and language were all rude, and I felt they definitely didn't belong at a florist in the Shibuya underground mall. After I paid, there was no receipt, which I thought was strange, so I asked if I had one, and they replied in a sullen voice, "You should have told me that from the beginning." I was there to offer flowers for the late former Prime Minister Shinzo Abe in Nagatacho, but I felt extremely uncomfortable. I never go to Shibuya in the first place, but I'm never going to that florist again!

The husband arranged a bouquet for me for 2000 yen. I was amazed at how carefully he hydrated the stems!
The way he wrapped the flowers was so impressive, I wanted to learn from him.
They're closed on Thursdays, but they'll be open if Tokyu is open.

When I called to ask if they had the flowers I wanted, I was met with a very blunt response, which was very unpleasant. I don't think I'll be going to the store again.

This is my favorite florist. After visiting numerous shops where staff failed to address my inquiries, I was perplexed until I discovered this store, where all my concerns were resolved. Since then, I have purchased flowers for significant occasions and for home decoration whenever I am in Shibuya.
