Arrive early otherwise there is a steady service queue with an appropriate 30 minute wait. Staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant.

My companions and I visited to buy bullet‑train tickets from Tokyo to Osaka. The staff member Tonokura assisted us in obtaining tickets and reserving seats with a view of Mt. Fuji. She also offered helpful transportation details for our group to reach Fuji Q. The service was excellent.
