SHIBUYA HAWAIIAN 2026 celebrates the 2nd anniversary of the Shibuya-Honolulu sister city partnership. Held at the Shibuya Excel Hotel Tokyu, the event features hula dance performances, a Hawaiian buffet, and workshops.
The festival is part of the broader SHIBUHONO sister city programming, bringing Hawaiian culture to Shibuya through dance, food, and cultural exchange.
