A whimsical confectionery brand famous for milk-and-cheese sweets, with a handy counter inside Shibuya Mark City.
Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory is a sweets specialist from the Sucre group that has built a devoted following for its inventive milk-and-cheese confections. The Shibuya Mark City branch sits on the ground floor of the station-side complex, making it an effortless stop for commuters and tourists alike.
The star attraction is the Milk Cheese Cake, a silky blend of French and Hokkaido cheeses with Hokkaido cream and specially selected domestic milk, widely regarded as the brand's signature flavour. Alongside it you will find the Salt and Camembert Cookies, cheese puffs and seasonal limited editions that tend to sell out quickly, so it pays to visit early in the day.
The shop operates from 10:00 to 21:00, and tax-free purchasing is handled at the B1 exemption counter inside Mark City. Packaged treats travel well and make thoughtful gifts, though the delicate cakes are best enjoyed soon after purchase.

In my experience, this is the best langue de chat cookie I have tasted in Japan. While Shiiroi Koibito and other Ishiya varieties are pleasant, the combination of sweet and salty cheese flavors crafted by Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory delivers a far more complex and satisfying taste.

Absolutely love it! The aroma and flavor resemble cheese, yet are even better. They offer three varieties: salt and camembert, gorgonzola honey, and gouda. The salt and camembert variant stands out as my favorite. They also stock cheese cube cake, but the biscuits are superior.

A distinctive and exceptional cracker biscuit. The tiny shop is tucked away in a building''''s basement (B1) within a gourmet fresh market. The whole cheesecake is offered frozen and requires about three hours to thaw. The staff is exceptionally courteous and provides samples.

This store specializes in cheese cookies, essentially featuring cheese sandwiched between two cookies. Its most popular varieties are the honey cheese and gorgonzola flavors, and it also offers seasonal selections and cheesecakes. The cheese is rich and creamy, making these treats potentially addictive.
