I find the staff consistently rude; they often converse and laugh among themselves while I am present, which is uncomfortable. Please adopt a friendlier demeanor. Nevertheless, I appreciate the clothing.

ROJITA is a Japanese women's fashion brand that has called Shibuya 109 home since its founding in 2001. The name means 'little red' in Spanish, but the brand's signature style is better described as girly with a dark edge, combining sweet details and pastel colour palettes with subtly gothic accents that set it apart from its neighbours in the 109 building.Based on 23 Google reviews

The store is charming and somewhat crowded. The staff were very friendly and comprehended my imperfect Japanese. Although the brand is pricier than cheaper alternatives like Ma*rs, the quality is superior, so I genuinely recommend Rojita. They frequently have sales as well.

A clearance sale allowed me to purchase garments suitable for early spring at a 50‑60% discount. The store offers elegant, cute designs with beautiful silhouettes. The staff were kind and supportive, encouraging me to try items on.
