HINEMOS is a Japanese sake brand with a philosophy rooted in the concept of time — the name itself is an ancient Japanese word meaning 'a whole day'. Their sleek retail space inside Tokyu Plaza Harajuku Harakado invites visitors to discover sake through a contemporary lens, with bottles arranged to reflect different moments and moods.The shop offers a carefully curated range of junmai sake brewed at their Odawara brewery, alongside tasting experiences that make the world of sake feel welcoming rather than intimidating. Tax-free shopping is available for overseas visitors, making it a handy stop for those wanting to take a bottle home.
You will find HINEMOS on the ground floor of the Harakado building, just a minute's walk from Meiji-jingumae Station. Opening hours are 11:00 to 21:00 daily, and the knowledgeable staff are happy to guide you through the selection even if your Japanese is limited.

Hinemos is the most beautiful sake in Japan. From presentation to taste, each bottle has a unique flavour. Tasei was helpful and had the best customer service. A definite must try if you are in the Harijuku area.
