I always shop at the Frie's Mart in Tsujido, and the staff there are all so nice and helpful - always willing to help me with any questions I have and always greeting me with a smile, which is why I've come to love Frie's Mart. The other day, I visited this location and it was a completely different story.

The attitude of the staff is really awful. They ignore you without even saying "Welcome." The staff are laughing and talking to each other, looking at you, and it feels like they're badmouthing you, which is unpleasant. They just stare at you making you uncomfortable.

The staff is very helpful, polite, and efficient! Today I returned some clothes 20 minutes before the store closed. The staff helped me process the return even though it was already past their working hours. Also, when I was buying the clothes, the employees helped me choose and style them. A must-visit in Shibuya mall!
