The staff member I usually see was unavailable, so I was attended by an older woman with perfectly centered bangs. She pressured me to purchase, suggested unappealing combinations, and even made rude remarks. It was the worst experience; I would avoid returning when she is on duty.

I consistently find the Dazzlin staff to be the friendliest compared to other shops in Shibuya 109. Even if you don’t speak Japanese, they communicate in an easy‑to‑understand manner. Dazzlin is one of my favorite Japanese brands—definitely worth a visit.
