It is one of the largest dedicated capsule-toy floors in central Tokyo, offering an eye-popping variety of mini figurines, keyrings, character goods and novelty items dispensed from the iconic turning knobs. There is a good selection of products, but unfortunately it's hard to find a store clerk. If the product you want isn't there, it's hard to locate help. If you're in the back, there's no way to know when they'll come out, and they don't call out to you, so it's inconvenient.
