I had a very bad experience at the store today. I picked up two pairs of shoes to try on. After trying on the first pair, I was ready to buy them, so I placed them aside. When I tried on the second pair, the salesperson immediately took the first pair that was next to me and gave it to another customer. It just so happened that the second pair was the last one left, and that customer immediately bought it. We just stood there watching helplessly as the customer happily took the shoes away. Regardless of whether we wanted to buy them or not, shouldn't the salesperson have asked us if we still wanted them before taking them? Do you think the training of the store's staff needs to be strengthened? It's truly astonishing that such a large company would produce such an outcome. Next time you go to this store, if you see shoes you like, try them on and hold onto them tightly.
