Koya is a specialist dandan noodle restaurant tucked into the ground floor of the Shibuya Hikarie ShinQs complex, serving up bold, spiced bowls that have earned a loyal following. The menu leans heavily into Taiwanese-influenced cuisine, with the signature tantan-men stealing the show alongside an array of fragrant, chilli-laced side dishes. The restaurant is compact and bustling, with the kind of quick-turnover energy you would expect from a department store eatery in central Shibuya. It is an ideal choice for a satisfying solo lunch or a swift dinner before catching a train from the station directly above.
Because Koya sits inside ShinQs, it shares the department store's opening hours and is easily reached via the connected passageways from Shibuya Station. No reservations are needed, though queues can build during peak lunch hours.

Good food, drinks and desserts! Took the supreme tan tan dry noodles. The spicy one. It can be considered as vegan in my opinion (no minced meat). And one can choose their toppings as per their preference. Desserts are a must try!
